With great delight, I am writing this to express my gratitude to those who have knowingly or unknowingly contributed to wards my success particularly in bringing out me as an Author. Though it’s obvious that without my self-motivation and desire to do so, it would not have been possible even to do that irrespective of others encouragement but at the same time having the desire to be an author would not have also been possible if those persons would not be there. Also some of them are worshiped by me honestly and I respect them as I respect myself.

Firstly I would like to be thankful to Maa Durga though she is not a person and far far above the assumption even. Similarly I am thankful to my family members particularly to my parents, sisters and one of my uncles due to their encouragement. Not only did they encourage me, but also they provided a platform on which I was able to execute my thoughts and converted it to the form I wanted. Though they are also well above than the height to be thanked but still I am writing just because they will be delighted reading this. I would like to be grateful to Janab Besarat Ahemmed Khan who was my school teacher and just because of him the desire to write a book was induced in me.

The founder of the publishing house “Alok Publications”, Mr. Alok Sahoo deserves to be not only thanked but also praised as he took a huge risk in giving the opportunity to a student who is continuing his B-tech degree even. Also he invested approximately 3 lacs, which was just like firing bullets to the vacuum. Well next I would be thankful to Mr. Santosh Mishra and Mr. Amlan Suryabanshi who let me know that my strength is my academics. As per Santosh Mishra who was my +2 friend, once told “I can bet upon you” and he told that, once, just to let me know my strength when I was  frustrated. Amlan, similarly once told me, “Panda, look your strength is your academics on which you are better than others”. He told me so on our conversation which was going on while discussing on our career in future. Also I am thankful to Mr. Prateek Narayana Panda who constantly encouraged me hearing about the writing.

Then I would be thankful to my worshiped and beloved associate professor Er. Kali Prasad Dash, who taught us the topic “Design of Concrete Structures”, the topic, which I was afraid of before Dash sir took it. Dash sir taught the topic in such a manner that finally I choosed to write the book on this topic. I would like to be thankful to our beloved head of the department, Dr. (Prof.) Tarun Kumar Lohani for his immense encouragement and support through his message and Prof. Ram Shankar Patnaik who checked the book spontaneously from his side and encouraged to go ahead . Another lecturer Er. Nilgrib Mohanty who constantly encouraged me and strengthen me against some of those who were frustrating me in my work is respected  and honored by me truly and from my heart. I seriously thank Miss. Rai Priti madam for her encouragement. 

Besides them, I am thankful to the members of Corporate Gurukul and Particularly to Mrs. Shahin Sharma, Miss. Saira Nikhat Imam who helped strengthening my thoughts. Later I realized that though academics is something I am good at but my strongest part is my believe that everything is achievable provided you are well dedicated to that though I am also a believer of luck. Well, I guess my discovery about my self was due to the facilitators i.e. Shahin madam and Saira madam. I am also thankful to Mrs. Geetanjali Pagarethada who encouraged me when heard about my writings and Mr. Rajesh Panda (the founder of Corporate Gurukul) for his encouragement. Actually I was also encouraged by Shahin madam and Saira madam when they heard about my writing.

I am also thankful to all my classmates and to all the staffs of Civil department of Orissa Engineering College for their direct or indirect co-operation, encouragement and providing such a platform for academics. I am also thankful to our beloved director Mr. Soumya Prakash Patnaik who provided such a platform for academics and also encouraged me hearing about my writings in a different and unexpected way. I am seriously thankful to Mr. Abdul Kuddus who helped me in unexpected and unanticipated  manner particularly in preparing my preface to the books. I am also thankful to my relatives and well-wishers who got delighted hearing that I am now author.

I am really thankful to all of them. I now seek the blessings from my elders to go ahead and I wish everything will go well as per my expectation.

JOHN CENA; A TRUE LEADER

What a superb match it was!!!!
I can say it was not only a match but also a lesion regarding how to love to own duty, determination, and adhesiveness towards the Organization, commitment, and leadership.

John cena after his operation returned to “WWE” universe with a grand but his own style. The style for which he is known and for which millions of people including me are the great fans of him. Though his opponent was “Albert Delrio” of Mexico, still he was world heavy weight champion and the noticeable thing of Albert is he has improved drastically in past few months and especially he has improved his art of lock dramatically. So I cannot say the selection of order pair was mismatching.

Both the players just threatened each other as their style; as they do generally. But one thing is clear that though John Cena has a better name and fame than Albert Delrio, still this time he was not fully prepared to fight only because of the operation that was done on Cena’s elbow just because it swelled abnormally. Cena was out of “WWE” universe from the month of August to October this year. During these months as far as I know, most of his times were spent on medical bed. He had to prepare himself for the fight show named “Hell in a Cell” against Albert with in short time span. During his practice, Cena was failing again and again when he was trying to lift the weight but the noteworthy thing is that he did not give up. He continued practice and finally before some days of the match, he was able to lift it up and passed the fitness test to return to “WWE”. And during his entry to the ring not a single person on the stand was on the bench rather all 45000 spectators were on their feet raising their hands in to the air with their five fingers opened. It shows how popular this legend giant is.

When the match started, many of the Cena fans including me were uncertain regarding his victory and many of the critics already assured that Cena was going to be defeated because Albert focuses on locking the arms and then tightening the elbow joint in the opposite direction which forces the opponent to give up. Though I was uncertain but I did not give up my hope as I am influenced by John Cena who says never give up. After the match started, John focused on protecting his elbow from being locked. Initially he performed so miserably that it was harassing to many of his fans. I am mentioning many because 2-3 friends of mine during the match called me and told that they guessed John was going to be defeated. We all wanted Cena not to be locked by Delrio. After 2 trials were failed, John Cena was locked by Delrio and my heartbeat nearly stopped for those moments. Even when Cena failed to break the lock I sighed deeply because I literally started thinking that Cena was going to be defeated. When the referee started beating his hands on the carpet inside the ring and after 2^nd knock, John Cena unbelievably uplifted Albert from the base of the ring and with his injured and operated hand still locked and then threw him just breaking the lock. Commentators shouted “Look at the power!!” I had never seen any other fighter breaking Delrio’s Lock before which John Cena did with his injured arm. Finally I heart restarted and after some minutes, John won the heavy weight title.

Though the match entertained us sufficiently and also gave a huge blow the criticizers, my purpose of mentioning this here is not only to praise John Cena, but also to thank his commitment as well as determination followed by the performance. Many of my friends who do not like him comment that Cena is a hero of children; the matches of “WWE” are scripted etc. and some comment that they do not like Cena because he functions late after being beaten several times and some says his height is short. But one thing I would like to mention here that Cena is a burning example of determination and commitment. Along with these qualities he also stands for performance and leadership. Commitment not followed by performance is of no value I think. John Cena is a real leader. He brings the voices from the crowd. He stands for justice and real power. He stands for patience.  Everyone can fight; everyone can blow but very few are there who sustain the blows and able to keep their heads raised before and after the Hurricane. John Cena is one of them. He may be a hero of children but he is able to lead from the front. He is a source of inspiration. He is a leader.He is the face of WWE.

PLAY WITH IP-ADDRESS

Hi,

Today I’m going to discuss about the ip address tracing. This is short discussion since only today I’m goanna talking about the tracing of Ip- addresses of the websites and own computer only. I’ll discuss the tracing of other computer via ip-address in my next session. So let’s get started J

HOW TO KNOW OWN IP-ADDRESS:

Before talking about the ip address, let me through light on what ip address is actually in brief. Ip-address is just a name given to any system or computer or any website for recognition. It’s something similar just like our names. Generally it varies from 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255. All ip-addresses are unique. To know own computer’s ip-address, just connect it to internet and then follow the following procedure.

Ø  For Windows XP Users: Just follow the steps as provided here with your PC pre connected with internet. Go to Start up then        Run      then     type “cmd” and press Enter. A black screen will come and just type there “ipconfig/all” and press Enter. It will show the default gateway adapter wise i.e. it will show all the ip-addresses of the connected modems including your PC

Ø  For Windows 7 Users: Just follow the followings to get your IP-address. Go to Start up and type “cmd”  and then press Enter. After a black screen appears which is called command prompt, just type “ipconfig/all” and press Enter. Now you can see your PC’s ip-address along with default gateways adapter wise.

ADVANTAGES:

v  Knowing own ip-address, one can trace his/her computer easily if it’s lost.

v  Also if you know your ip-address, then you can communicate with other laptops via team viewer easily and comfortably.

v  During online playing and chatting no one can shut your laptop down if you possess a brief idea about ip-address.

v  One can access his/her laptop from any corner of this globe if he/she knows his/her ip-address.

v  Inter network communication will be possible via ip-address.

HOW TO KNOW THE IP-ADDRESSES OF WEBSITES:

Basically there are 3 techniques which I use is referring for the readers to use. There are also more other ones. One can go for them checking their applicability.

1.      PING:

Open the command prompt by typing “cmd” and then “Enter” on the “Start up”. When the black screen comes, type “ping www.<website name>.com” and then press “Enter”. For example, type “ping www.google.com” and then press “Enter”.

Then it’ll be seen as pinging and then appearance of ip-addresses. It’ll show 4 times as “PING” command operates 4-times i.e. it sends 4 quantum packets and if the website or server you are trying to get is not online, then it’ll show zero results. If the signal of the website is strong enough, then all 4 packets or trials will give you either same or different ip-addresses as per the website. Do not worry. Pick any ip-address and paste it on your browsers address bar and press “Enter”. Without typing the name of the website, you will be directed in to the website.

2.      TRACERT:

It’s same as that of “PING” command except it finds more than the previous. Just go to command prompt as described above and then write “tracert www.<website name>.com” and press “Enter”

Just like “Ping” command it will show you the ip-address as well as the roots of other connected systems.

3.      NSLLOKUP:

It’s same as that of above two. But it may not work on those systems in which java virtual machine or java compiler is installed.

Open your command prompt and type there “nslookup www.<webserver name>.com” and then press enter. For example “nslookup www.google.com” and then press enter. It will show you like this 101.210.255.141 which is the required ip-address

How to be an Self Antivirus

TO BE A SELF ANTI VIRUS

Hi Guys,

today I'm going to talk about some simple steps to be a self anti virus. As far as I know, one can be self anti virus with below techniques. To be that one should go through the following post carefully. 

A virus is nothing but a process or faulty program designed intentionally or automatically due to some error in computers; it's something like a poisonous protein. Their coding pattern is faulty and that's why they operate in a faulty way.Hihihihi.

To remove the virus just follow the following steps.

1. For windows-7 &8 and also for xp users, type "task manager" on the search box and click enter.

2. Go to the "process tab"

3. Read all the processes carefully. If you find any doubtful process, then it may be a virus. readers are advised to mug up some basic processes in order to make easy on the part of them to detect a virus quite easily and very fast.

4. The processes will be appeared like "Usbmodem.exe" where the (.exe) show that it's an executable file. The above process is not virus since it shows that it's data card connected by me. But if a process appears like "xjha.exe" then you should guess that it's a virus though it may not be.

5. To check if that is an virus or not, just click on the process and end it by clicking "end process" or "stop process". 

6. Now just stop your work for upto maximum of 2 minutes. Then recheck if that process has again started or not.

7. If the process is an application, then until unless you restart the PC, the process will not start again.

(Provided you waited for 2 minutes silently without operating your PC)

8. If the process starts,,!!!! Holy shit. It's a virus. Repeat the step 5 to be confirmed; I mean just to be sure that it's a virus.

9. Now just search the name of the application on "Start Menu" and go to the origin. Delete/uninstall the program. Check the "C:program files/name of the process" and if it's found there after uninstalling, then force delete it.

10. Hurray.... Virus gone. Now enjoy.

 If the virus is a multitasking virus, then it may give rise to other viruses. So do check time to time after stopping one process that no other unknown process starts. And always do remember that no folder is executable. If you find any folder asking to change your settings or any folder has extension as <name>.exe, then it's definitely a virus. Delete it as soon as possible.
